Scope
This policy applies to Summurai’s SaaS offerings, including all subscription plans and one-time purchases made through our website or other authorized channels.
Refund Conditions
- Trial Period:
We offer a limited trial plan for new users, with limited functionality as well as a limited number of Summies (content items). If you cancel your subscription within this period, you will not be charged. - Subscription Cancellations:
If you are not satisfied with our service, you can cancel your subscription at any time. However, refunds are typically not provided for the remaining period of the subscription once a payment is made. - Pro-Rata Refunds:
In certain cases, we may offer a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the subscription, at our sole discretion. - Technical Issues:
The platform services are offered as-is. If you are experiencing technical issues that significantly impede the use of our service, we will do our best to solve them. However, technical issues will not be a reason for a refund. - Billing Errors:
If you believe that you have been billed in error, please contact our support team within 5 days of the billing date. If we determine that a billing error occurred, a full or partial refund will be issued. - Service Discontinuation:
In the event that Summurai discontinues a service for which you have paid, you will be entitled to a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at < support @ summurai.com >. Include your account information, the reason for the refund request, and any relevant documentation. Refund requests must be submitted within 10 business days of the transaction in question.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days of the refund approval. Please note that bank or credit card processing times may vary and are beyond our control.
